互联网络对未成年人的影响巨大,有正面的也有负面的,其中负面的影响日益引人注目,网络对青少年违法犯罪影响问题便是其中之一。2010年,司法部预防犯罪研究所课题组开展了在押未成年犯入所前上网情况调查。本文依据调研数据,详细分析了在押未成年犯入所前的上网情况,并有针对性地提出了对策建议。
The Internet has a huge impact on minors, both positive and negative. The negative impact has become increasingly noticeable. The impact of the Internet on juvenile delinquency is one of them. In 2010, the Task Team of the Institute of Crime Prevention of the Ministry of Justice conducted a survey on juvenile pre-dating online access. Based on the survey data, this article analyzes in detail the situation of accessing the Internet before being charged with juvenile delinquency, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.
