如表1的图所示为中间导柱元形复合模典型设计组合。从图中可以看出,除模柄需按工艺卡确定的设备选用标准件及凸凹模需另绘模具专用件加工图外,其余都按模架配套成组合。设计者只需绘一个排样图(如图2),注明模具上各个零(部)件(凸模、档料销、侧刃、侧刃挡块……等)的相对位置,注明模具的主要技术要求,包括模具的闭合高度、行程距离、冲压力、选用设备、条料宽度、进距尺寸、导料板间距、配合总间隙、打标记等。模
