对第四纪红色粘土发育的红壤,运用超声分离技术将复合体分离,测定其不同活性有机磷和土壤磷酸酶.结果表明:红壤及其复合体有机磷的质量分数随着肥力的提高呈增大趋势;土壤有机磷主要存在于<1μm的复合体中;无论是红壤还是复合体,其有机磷以中等活性有机磷和中等稳定有机磷为主,两者之和占有机磷总量的80%.并且它们与土壤磷酸酶呈较好的正相关关系.
For the red soil developed in Quaternary red clay, the complex was separated by ultrasonic separation technology and its different active organic phosphorus and soil phosphatase were determined. The results showed that the mass fraction of organic phosphorus in red soil and its complex increased with the increase of fertility. The soil organic phosphorus mainly existed in the complex <1μm. Whether in the red soil or in the complex, Phosphorus and medium-stable organic phosphorus-based, the sum of the two accounted for 80% of the total organic phosphorus. And they have a good positive correlation with soil phosphatase.
