Objective To understand the level of Tregs in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B patients. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of Tregs in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B and the control group. The HBV DNA load was measured by PCR. The percentage of Tregs in CSHB group was significantly lower than that in CHB group (P <0.05), but significantly higher than that in asymptomatic carrier group and healthy control group (all P <0.01) Slightly lower but not statistically significant (P> 0.05), and significantly lower than CHB group (P <0.01); 3.CHB group and asymptomatic carriers group and healthy control group compared with significant differences (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between asymptomatic carrier group and healthy control group (P> 0.05). HBVDNA load in peripheral blood of CSHB group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups (all P <0.01); there was no significant difference between CHB group and asymptomatic carrier group and AHB group (all P> 0.05); asymptomatic Compared with AHB group, there was no significant difference in carriers group (all P> 0.05). 5. The percentage of Tregs in peripheral blood of patients with different hepatitis B is positively correlated with the load of HBVDNA. The level of Tregs has a certain relationship with the severity of hepatitis B patients, which may play an important role in the persistent infection of HBV. The percentage of Tregs in peripheral blood of patients with different hepatitis B was positively correlated with the level of HBVDNA.
