本文采用热模拟试验方法探讨了灰口铸铁焊接接头热影响区的奥氏体区组织对接头性能的影响。结合插销试验结果提出了马氏体相变过程中,在片状石墨尖端及马氏体组织中造成的微裂纹是奥氏体区强度下降并进而在外力作用下断裂的主要原因。
In this paper, the influence of austenite structure in the HAZ of welded joints of gray cast iron on the joint properties was discussed by means of thermal simulation test. Based on the results of the bolt test, the micro-cracks in the tip of martensite and the martensite in the martensitic transformation are the main reasons that the strength of austenite decreases and then breaks down under the external force.
