本文报告硝苯吡啶对家兔食饵性动脉粥样硬化作用的主动脉组织超微结构观察。结果表明,硝苯毗啶能抑制高脂血症诱导的血液草核细胞粘附、聚集于血管内膜和演变为泡沫细胞,抑制平滑肌细胞由“收缩型”向“合成型”转变,而且有保护内皮细胞的作用。
