高性能汽车刹车片的制备及性能研究
摘要: 汽车刹车片在汽车等交通工具行业中属于关键材料之一,一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦材料、粘合剂组成,刹车片的摩擦材料由几十种成份组成,各种成份的性能、比例都会影响汽车刹车片的性能。本文将从汽车刹车片所用复合材料的特点、性能进行分析,并研制出高性能刹车片。
Abstract: Auto brake pad is one of the key materials applied in auto and other vehicle industries. It is generally composed of steel plate, adhesive heat insulation layer, friction material and adhesive. The friction material of brake pad is composed of dozens of components. The performance and proportion of each component will affect the performance of auto brake pad. This paper will analyze the characteristics and properties of composites used in auto brake pads, and try to make the high-performance brake pads.

0 引言
汽车刹车片也叫汽车刹车皮,是指固定在与车轮旋转的制动鼓或制动盘上的摩擦材料,其中的摩擦衬片及摩擦衬块承受外来压力,产生摩擦作用从而达到车辆减速的目的。
