目的:考察丹参饮片的质量。方法:对32批丹参饮片中的丹参酮Ⅱ_A和丹酚酸B作含量测定。结果:32批丹参饮片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量较低,丹酚酸B含量较高,但丹酚酸B含量的高低差异较大。结论:应加强丹参饮片的内在质量管理。
Objective: To investigate the quality of Salviae decoction pieces. Methods: The contents of tanshinone II_A and salvianolic acid B in 32 samples of Danshen decoction were determined. Results: The contents of tanshinone II_A in 32 batches of Danshen decoction pieces were lower, and the content of salvianolic acid B was higher, but the difference in the content of salvianolic acid B was greater. Conclusion: The intrinsic quality management of Danshen Pieces should be strengthened.
