为模拟掘进机的掘进过程,设计开发全断面掘进机综合试验台,其中用于模拟地质环境的模拟系统由土箱、加载系统和密封部分组成。介绍加载系统的设计思路、主要功能特点和参数。为实现加载系统压力实时可调以模拟不同地下深度的水土压力,同时兼顾加载过程中系统的稳定性和快速性,采用液压加载。利用AMESim软件对压力控制油路进行仿真,比较加载过程中不同压力控制方式的性能差别和特点,分析液压缸加载的控制原理,决定选择比例溢流阀压力控制方式。完成分区控制的液压加载系统的整体设计和元件选型,以及液压泵站的三维集成设计。
In order to simulate the boring process of roadheading machine, a comprehensive test rig for full face boring machine is designed and developed. The simulation system for simulating geological environment consists of soil box, loading system and sealing part. Introduce the loading system design ideas, main features and parameters.
