目的 观察前列腺素E1脂微求载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)对突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法 用日本产Lipo PGE1 10μg加入20ml生理盐水中缓慢静脉推注，每日一次，七天一疗程，一至两个疗程治疗突发性耳聋50例，与其他用药组45例进行对比分析。结果 Lipo PGE1 组50例，痊愈14例(28%)，显效7例(14%)，有效20例(40%)，无效9例(18%)，有效率为82% 。其它用药组45例，痊愈5例(11%)，显效7例(15.5%)，有效16例(35.5%)，无效17例(38%)，有效率62% 。两组有效率有显著性差异 (Ｐ＜0.005)。结论 Lipo PGE1治疗突发性耳聋疗效肯定，副作用小，临床使用安全。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Lipo PGE1 on sudden deafness. Methods Lipo PGE1 (10μg) was added to 20ml of normal saline and slowly injected intravenously once daily for seven days for one course. One to two courses of sudden deafness were treated with 50 cases, compared with the other 45 cases. Results 50 patients were treated with Lipo PGE1, 14 patients (28%) were cured, 7 (14%) were effective, 20 (40%) were effective, 9 (18%) were ineffective and the effective rate was 82%. The other 45 cases were cured, 5 cases were cured (11%), 7 cases (15.5%) were effective, 16 cases (35.5%) were effective, 17 cases (38%) were ineffective and the effective rate was 62%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.005). Conclusions Lipo PGE1 is effective in treating sudden deafness with small side effects and safe clinical use.
