成人股骨头缺血性坏死(adult avascular necrosis of femoral head,ANFH)是不同病因破坏了股骨头的血液供应,造成股骨头骨与软骨坏死的一种常见的骨科疾病.一般认为,ANFH的好发年龄为30～50岁,常为双侧发病,其发病机制复杂,主要是由于创伤、应用激素、过度饮酒、血液系统疾病、减压病等各种原因导致股骨头局部滋养血管损伤,进而使骨质缺血、变性、坏死、骨小梁断裂及股骨头塌陷,发生髋关节功能障碍.目前治疗股骨头坏死的方法有多种,主要分为非手术治疗和手术治疗.现将近些年来ANFH治疗的一些进展综述如下.
