以二氧化硫催化氧化反应为实例,利用3DMAX等现代化的计算机技术及反应器的计算机模拟技术,开发出催化反应动力学实验仿真软件,可以从实验方案设计、实验操作、实验结果计算处理及动力学参数求取等方面对学生进行全面训练,并解决了在实验室进行实验时实验时间过长、实验设备套数不足、操作与分析难度大及二氧化硫、二氧化硫泄漏造成环境污染等问题,使原来必须在实验室中进行的实验可在计算机上形象、生动地完成。提高了学生的实验兴趣,达到了系统培养学生催化反应动力学的研究能力、科研开发能力的良好教学效果。
