网络技术是一种科学的计划管理方法。在繁杂的工程中,使用这种方法可以抓住工程的主要矛盾线——关键路线,在缩短工期、提高工效、降低成本等方面均有显著效果。本文对某电厂二期工程综合控制进度,用网络技术进行了绘制。原横道计划安排土方开挖至三号机组投产,总工期为824天(即27个月),采用网络技术中的搭接网络计划,将主厂房吊装工程和锅炉吊装进行搭接施工,总工期只需752天(即24.7个月)。
