通过保持水温恒定,采用静定破碎剂的膨胀性能试验方法,分析了不同水剂比对静态破碎剂体积膨胀率及其反应温度的影响。结果表明:水温恒定时,静态破碎剂溶液反应停滞时间及达到的最高温度随着水剂比的变化而改变,即水剂比越大,反应温度达到100℃时的停滞时间越长且反应总时间是增大的,但达到最高的温度反而越小。同时在体积膨化阶段,膨胀变化时间随着水剂比的增大而缩短。
By keeping the water temperature constant and using the expansibility test method of static crushing agent, the influence of different liquid to solvent ratio on the volume expansion rate of static crushing agent and its reaction temperature was analyzed. The results show that when the water temperature is constant, the reaction stagnation time and the maximum temperature reached by the static crusher solution change with the ratio of water to solvent. That is, the greater the water-solvent ratio, the longer the stagnation time when the reaction temperature reaches 100 ℃ and the total reaction The time is increased, but the warmer the temperature is, the smaller it is. At the same time, in the volume expansion stage, the expansion change time shortened with the increase of the ratio of water to solvent.
