目的了解长沙市疾控机构应急机动队员食品安全事故流行病学调查能力现状,为规范食品安全事故调查和提高流行病学调查能力提供科学依据。方法 2013年7月设计调查问卷,对长沙市市区二级疾控机构的应急队员进行普查,内容包括基本情况、调查经历与技能、培训与演练、理论知识掌握、工作认知5个部分。数据分析采用SPSS18.0软件,描述各类人群的构成比/率,采用成组t检验比较不同人群参加相关培训、演练频次及理论知识得分。结果本次共调查长沙市市区二级疾控机构应急队员267人,其中本科以上学历占71%,公共卫生与预防医学专业占57%,中级以上职称占40%;有14%的人未参与过食品安全事故调查,不了解GMP或HACCP知识的人占41%。当前食品安全事故流行病学调查处置工作面临的首要问题为:缺少现场流行病专业技术人员(24%)。结论长沙市应急机动队员结构较为合理,但食品安全事故流行病学调查经验不足,应加强培训和演练,争取其它部门的配合支持,不断提高食品安全事故应急处置能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of epidemiological investigation of food safety accidents in emergency response maneuvers of Changsha Municipal CDC and provide scientific basis for regulating food safety accident investigation and improving the ability of epidemiological investigation. Methods A questionnaire was designed in July 2013 to conduct a survey of emergency response team members in Changsha City CDC II. The contents include basic information, investigation experience and skills, training and exercises, theoretical knowledge and job awareness. Data analysis using SPSS18.0 software to describe the composition ratio of various types of people, using t-test group to compare different groups to participate in relevant training, training frequency and theoretical knowledge scores. Results A total of 267 emergency respondents from Changsha CDC were enrolled in this study. Among them, 71% had bachelor degree or above, 57% had public health and preventive medicine, 40% had mid-level or above title, and 14% did not Participants in a food safety incident investigation, who do not know GMP or HACCP knowledge, account for 41%. The primary problem facing the current epidemiological investigation and disposal of food safety accidents is the lack of professional technicians (24%) in the field of epidemics. Conclusion The structure of emergency response maneuvering team in Changsha City is more reasonable. However, due to the lack of experience in epidemiological investigation of food safety accidents, training and drills should be strengthened to win the support of other departments and improve emergency response capability of food safety accidents.
