油菜显性核不育三系法制种,是用纯合两型系(基因型:不育株MsMsrfrf,可育株MsMsRfrf)、临保系(基因型msmsrfrf)、恢复系(基因型__RfRf)三系配套制种的新技术。其做法是,先用纯合两型系与临保系按核不育油菜二系制种法生产全不育系(基因型Msmsrfrf);再用全不育系与恢复系配制杂交种。纯合两型系育性分离比例稳定在1∶1,繁殖时每公顷产两型系种子580.5千克;临保系的保持株率(全不育系)在99.5%~100%,全不育系的繁殖每公顷产种414~585千克;恢复系的恢复株(F1)率达到98.0%~100%,F1制种每公顷产杂交种子876千克。已筛选到一批强优势杂交组合,其中(6CA×村青)F1已在生产上试种1万公顷以上,并收到良好效果。
