目的:辛夷雾化液由辛夷等组成的复方制剂,在临床应用中对中度支气管哮喘具有较好的疗效,本文研究其药理作用。方法:采取豚鼠“乙酰胆碱组胺性哮喘”模型、豚鼠肺溢流法、小鼠氨水引咳法,测定辛夷雾化液对豚鼠引喘潜伏期、肺溢流量及小鼠咳嗽潜伏期的影响。结果:辛夷雾化液能延长豚鼠“乙酰胆碱组胺性哮喘”模型的引喘潜伏期,对抗组胺所致豚鼠肺溢流量的增加,延长小鼠因氨水刺激的咳嗽潜伏期、并减少其咳嗽次数。结论:该药对支气管哮喘具有一定的平喘和止咳作用。实验还显示,辛夷雾化液具有抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: The compound preparation consisting of magnolia and neodymium in nebulizer has good curative effect on moderate bronchial asthma in clinical application. METHODS: The acetylcholine-histamine asthma model in guinea pigs, guinea pig lung overflow method, and mouse ammonia coughing method were used to determine the effect of Xinyi atomization solution on guinea pigs’ induced asthma latency, pulmonary overflow volume, and mouse cough latency. RESULTS: Magnolia atomization prolonged the incubation period of acetylcholine-histamine asthma in guinea pigs against the increase of pulmonary flow in histamine-induced guinea pigs, prolonged cough latency in mice stimulated by ammonia, and reduced the number of coughs. . Conclusion: The drug has certain anti-asthmatic and antitussive effects on bronchial asthma. Experiments also showed that Magnolia atomized liquid has anti-inflammatory effects.
