把Hadamard变换多通道空间成象能力与荧光显微镜结合起来,研制成功了Hadamard变换显微荧光图象分析仪,该仪器能同时提供微小物体(细胞或组织)的三维Hadamard变换显微荧光图象.从该图象可获得微小物体中痕量物质的分布和定量信息.该项技术在细胞生物学和临床医学领域有一定的应用前景.
Combining Hadamard transformed multichannel spatial imaging capabilities with fluorescence microscopy, a Hadamard Transform Microfluidic Image Analyzer was developed that provides simultaneous three-dimensional Hadamard transformed microscopic fluorescence images of tiny objects (cells or tissues). From this image, the distribution and quantitative information of trace substances in fine objects can be obtained.This technique has certain application prospects in the field of cell biology and clinical medicine.
