电力是现代社会发展的重要基础,城乡建设离不开电能的支撑,人们的口常生活、商业运作、现代化建设等都对电能存在着强烈的依赖性,电力市场的发展与运营备受关注。电力营销是电力企业的核心业务,是支撑电力企业运营的关键,但在电力营销的过程中容易导致多种风险的出现,加强对电力营销的风险昔理成为当前的重要任务。本文就供电企业如何加强电力营销的风险昔理进行了分析与探究、加强管理人员的专业技能和知识,从而保证供电企业工作的正常运转,促进电力营销管理的快速发展。因此,本文针对如河提升供电企业的电力营销管理进行了探讨分析,对电力营销管理工作中所存在的问题和不足做出具体阐述,并提出相关有效的解决措施。
Electricity is an important foundation for the development of modern society. The construction of urban and rural areas can not be separated from the support of electric power. People’s daily lives, business operations and modernization have a strong dependence on electric energy. The development and operation of the electricity market have drawn much attention. Electricity marketing is the core business of electric power enterprises and the key to supporting the operation of electric power enterprises. However, it is easy to lead to many kinds of risks in the process of electric power marketing. Strengthening the risk management of electric power marketing becomes an important task at present. This paper analyzes how to strengthen the risk management of power marketing in the power supply enterprises and enhances the professional skills and knowledge of the management staff so as to ensure the normal operation of the power supply enterprises and promote the rapid development of power marketing management. Therefore, this article analyzes and analyzes the power marketing management of Rudong Power Supply Enterprise, and elaborates the problems and shortcomings in the power marketing management work and puts forward some effective solutions.
