骨髓纤维化(骨纤)是一种骨髓增殖性疾病,国内有少数病例报道,现将笔者所见8例报告如下:一、临床资料(一)一般资料:男7例,女1例。年龄20～63岁,平均44岁。病程6个月内2例,6个月～1年2例,2年1例,3年2例,8年1例,分别继发于慢粒、急粒、肺结核、硬皮病。(二)主要体征:脾肿大5例,其中于左肋下1厘米2例,10厘米,12厘米和脾下缘达耻骨上1横指
