目的:比较不同干燥方法对黄芩苷镁盐含量的影响,优选黄芩苷镁盐的最佳干燥方法并研究其抗炎作用。方法:采用冷冻干燥法、微波干燥法和干燥箱干燥法三种方法干燥黄芩苷镁盐,以HPLC法测定干燥后黄芩苷镁盐含量为最佳干燥方法指标,同时构建动物炎症模型,观察肿胀度。结果:冷冻干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为69.2%,微波干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为65.3%,干燥箱干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为59.8%;黄芩苷镁盐抗炎效果比黄芩苷更好。结论:选用冷冻干燥方法干燥黄芩苷镁盐,含量高且回收率高,易操作,黄芩苷镁盐吸收快,抗炎效果高于黄芩苷。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of different drying methods on the content of baicalin magnesium salt, and to optimize the drying method of baicalin magnesium salt and study its anti-inflammatory effect. Methods: The baicalin magnesium salt was dried by freeze drying method, microwave drying method and dry box drying method. The best dry method index of baicalin was determined by HPLC. At the same time, animal model of inflammation was established, degree. Results: The contents of freeze-dried baicalin magnesium salt were 69.2%, microwave-dried baicalin magnesium salt content was 65.3%, dry baicalin baicalin magnesium salt content was 59.8%; baicalin magnesium salt anti-inflammatory effect more than baicalin it is good. Conclusion: Drying baicalin magnesium salt by freeze-drying method is of high content and high recovery rate.
