1病例资料患者,女,26岁,G1P0。既往健康,月经规律,孕前检查一切正常,备孕半年,末次月经2010-06-17,停经50余日,经化验尿液证实怀孕。孕18周2d时自觉胎动。查体:身高153cm,体质量50kg,P64次/min,BP120/70mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),一般状态佳,无贫血貌,心肺正常,B超:双顶径3.9cm,头围14.9cm,腹围12.7cm,股骨长2.69cm,肱骨长2.3cm,胎心155次/min,胎盘附着于子宫
