[目的]探讨硅、不同钙盐、锌盐对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响。[方法]模拟人体硅、钙、锌的浓度,配制一系列浓度,运用体外TBA比色法检测MDA的含量。[结果]硅在(1.67~10.0)mmol/L浓度范围内有显著抑制,不同的钙盐对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响基本一致,都在浓度范围(0.67~3.33)mmol/L内有显著抑制率,不同的锌盐在0.02~1.00mmol/L范围时对大鼠肝脏LPO有显著的抑制作用。[结论]硅对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用有不同程度的影响,不同的钙盐、锌盐对脂质过氧化作用的影响一致,表明阴离子的影响不大,主要是导致了溶解度和吸收度的不同。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of silicon, different calcium salts and zinc salts on lipid peroxidation in rat liver. [Method] The concentrations of silicon, calcium and zinc in human body were simulated and a series of concentrations were prepared. The content of MDA was detected by TBA colorimetric method in vitro. [Result] Silicon in the range of (1.67 ~ 10.0) mmol / L had a significant inhibition. The effect of different calcium salts on the liver lipid peroxidation was basically the same, both in the concentration range of 0.67-3.33 mmol / L There was a significant inhibition rate, different zinc salts in the range of 0.02 ~ 1.00mmol / L of rat liver LPO significantly inhibited. [Conclusion] The effect of silicon on lipid peroxidation in rat liver is different to some extent. Different calcium salts and zinc salts have the same effect on lipid peroxidation, indicating that the effect of anion is not significant, mainly resulting in solubility and absorption Different degrees.
