利用差热分析、X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜等技术对溶胶-凝胶法合成的凝胶的晶化过程进行了分析,实验结果表明,Bi4Ti3O12非晶凝胶晶化过程经历了四个过程:首先在433℃先形成了Bi2O3和TiO2亚稳相,然后在488℃时TiO2亚稳相与Bi2O3反应形成Bi,Ti复合氧化物亚稳相Bi2Ti4O11,随后在644℃时Bi2Ti4O11与Bi2O3继续反应形成四方Bi4Ti3O12相,最后在830℃附近发生了四方Bi4Ti3O12相向稳定的正交Bi4Ti3O12相转变.
The crystallization process of the gel synthesized by sol-gel method was analyzed by differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the crystallization process of Bi4Ti3O12 amorphous gel has undergone four processes: First, the metastable phases of Bi2O3 and TiO2 were formed firstly at 433 ℃, then the metastable phases of TiO2 and Bi2O3 were formed at 488 ℃ to form Bi2Ti4O11 of Bi and Ti complex oxide, then the reaction of Bi2Ti4O11 and Bi2O3 continued at 644 ℃ to form tetragonal phase Bi4Ti3O12 phase. Finally, an orthorhombic Bi4Ti3O12 phase transformation of tetragonal Bi4Ti3O12 occurred near 830 ℃.
