在分析我国职业经理人现状的基础上,用博弈论方法对职业经理人行为进行分析,提出对职业经理人加强激励与约束的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of professional managers in our country, this paper analyzes the behavior of professional managers by the game theory and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the incentive and restraint for professional managers.
