本文简述了稳流吹风试验台设计中,与试验结果精度有关的几个问题。包括流量计设计参数的确定和进气道稳压箱容积的确定。本文给出了 PA6—280柴油机进气道双阀同时开启时的试验结果和计算结果,给出了进气道通流特性(μσ~hv/Dv)的曲线,并与法国热机协会同类型试验装置的结果进行了比较,证明了试验台具有较好的精度。同时,给出了 PA6—280串联进气道前阀单开和后阀单开时的通流特性试验曲线,为探求法国 PA6—280串联进气道的设计特点提供了依据。
This article briefly describes several issues related to the precision of test results in the design of steady flow blowing test rigs. Including the design parameters of the flowmeter and the determination of the volume of the inlet surge tank. In this paper, the experimental results and calculation results of the double valve opening of PA6-280 diesel engine inlet are given. The curve of inlet flow characteristics (μσ ~ hv / Dv) is given and compared with the same type of test The results of the device were compared to prove that the test rig has better accuracy. At the same time, the curves of the flow characteristics of the single opening and the single opening of PA6-280 in-line inlet valve are given, which provides a basis for exploring the design features of the French PA6-280 series inlet.
