[目的]建立测定马铃薯、马铃薯植株及土壤中嗪草酮残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法,研究嗪草酮在马铃薯和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留。[方法]采用Qu ECh ERS前处理方法-高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测马铃薯及植株和土壤中的嗪草酮残留量。[结果]嗪草酮在马铃薯、马铃薯植株和土壤中的平均回收率分别为90.4%~97.4%、86.7%~98.7%、89.1%~97.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.4%~4.3%、0.8%~4.8%、0.6%~3.9%。嗪草酮在马铃薯植株中的消解半衰期为0.9~1.6 d;在土壤中的消解半衰期为5.7~6.6 d,属于易降解农药。[结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于马铃薯和土壤中嗪草酮的残留检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC-MS / MS method for determination of metribuzin residues in potatoes, potato plants and soil, and to study the digestion and final residues of metribuzin in potato and soil. [Method] The Quinidine ERS pretreatment method - high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used to detect the metribuzin residues in potato and plant and soil. [Result] The average recoveries of metribuzin in potato, potato plants and soil were 90.4% -97.4%, 86.7% -98.7%, 89.1% -97.3%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.4% -4.3% %, 0.8% -4.8%, 0.6% -3.9%. The half-life of metribuzin in potato was 0.9-1.6 days. The digestion half-life in soil was 5.7-6.6 days, which belonged to easily degradable pesticides. [Conclusion] The method was simple and reliable, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis and could be used for the determination of metribuzin in potato and soil.
