近年来,党和国家高度重视学校德育工作,德育工作被摆在学校各项工作的首位。株洲市中等职业学校为突破德育瓶颈,针对中职学校普遍存在学生素质较低、管理难度较大,学生普遍表现不自信、不快乐、不爱学习、行为习惯不良,教育实效性不强等问题,自2005年开始,从德育工作着手,积极探索一条能使学生“快乐参与,快乐接受,快乐成长”的德育途径——快乐德育。
In recent years, the party and the state have attached great importance to moral education in schools, and moral education has been placed at the top of every school assignment. In order to breach the bottleneck of moral education, the secondary vocational schools in Zhuzhou are generally faced with the problems of low quality of students, difficulty of management, general performance of students are not confident, unhappy, do not love to learn, bad behavior habits and education effectiveness is not strong Since 2005, starting from the moral education work, we should actively explore a way of moral education - happy moral education that enables students to become “happy to participate, happy to accept and grow up happy.”
