目的 了解师范学院教职工心理健康水平 ,制定干预对策。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 2 2 3名教职工进行了心理测验。结果 师院教职工除躯体化因子分高于全国常模外 ,其余均低 ,且有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。男教工人际关系敏感、敌对、精神病性因子分高于女教工 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。整体观察 40岁以上教职工躯体化问题较多。结论 师范学院教职工的心理健康水平较好 ,须注意对 40岁以上中年人进行心理干预
Objective To understand the mental health of teachers and staff in Teachers College and to make intervention measures. Methods Twenty-three faculty members were psychologically tested using the Self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90). Results Teachers in the faculty were lower than the national norm except for somatization factors, and there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Male teachers’ interpersonal relationships are sensitive, hostile and psychotic factors are higher than those of female teachers, there are significant differences (P <0.05). The overall observation of teachers over the age of 40 more physical problems. Conclusion Normal college faculty members have better mental health. Psychological intervention should be paid to middle-aged people over the age of 40
