有些地方在抓农村基层党组织建设中,习惯用“抓两头带中间”的提法,意为抓住先进村党支部,使其巩固,下力气整顿转化后进支部,使其尽快得以转化,而对处于中间状态的村党支部则采用带动的方法,使其完善提高。如果工作中真采用这种方法抓农村基层党组织建设,结果形成先进村有人抓,后进村有人驻,而中间状态的村支部无人过问的现象。在工作中也有的同志认为中间状态村党支部基本都能按上级要求完成工作任务,可是事实上,这些村在很大程度上存在只求过得去,不求过得硬的思想,致使这些村支部既无压力、又无动力、工作平平、起色不大。
