本研究目的在于通过取得趾长伸肌M波波幅的正常值,及其左右侧的差别,以评价神经损伤的程度及预后。 方法 对26例健康受试者(男14女12人,19~45岁,平均30岁)的趾长伸肌进行腓神经的运动传导研究。记录电极与参考电极均用TECA6030型圆盘表面电极,地极用6008型。记录电极置于外踝前方到腓骨头连线的下2/3处,参考电极置于外踝,地极则放于刺激阴极与记录电极之间。使用常规腓神经传导刺激技术,以超过最大刺激的25%刺激腓骨头处,仪器采用Nicolet VikingⅡ型机,时间窗口10ms/格,灵敏度2mv/格,带通20~10000Hz。双下肢皮温差别控制在0.6℃以内。M波波幅测量从等电位线到负向偏转峰顶。M波波幅的左右差值百分
The aim of this study was to evaluate the extent and prognosis of nerve injury by obtaining the normal amplitude of M-wave of extensor digitorum longius and its left and right sides. Methods Twenty-six healthy subjects (14 males, 12 females, 19-45 years old, average 30 years old) were involved in motor conduction studies of the peroneal nerve.
