材料(资料或对象)与方法让读者在同等条件下可重复出该结果,是科技论文的重要特征。其撰写应注意以下几个方面:①紧扣主题;②科学、真实;③典型、新颖;④符合伦理学原则。材料:按重要性程度、时间排序或实验过程书写。包括①实验动物:品系名称,级别,雌雄,月龄或周龄,体重,合格证号,提供单位和生产许可证号,饲养及环境;②药品及试剂:主要试剂的名称,级别,来源,批号和配置方法;③主要仪器:主要仪器名称,生产厂家。
