社区文化建设是群众文化工作的基础,是社区建设的灵魂工程,其重要性不言而喻,它在提高居民的综合素质、促进人际和谐、维护社会稳定等方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,现阶段的群众文化建设却因各种原因还有很多不尽如人意的地方急需改进。本文就结合当前社区文化建设中存在的问题,从四方面就如何加强社区文化建设进行了具体分析,以期为广大群众文化工作者提供一定的理论参考与借鉴。
The construction of community culture is the foundation of mass cultural work and the soul project of community construction. Its importance is self-evident. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving the overall quality of residents, promoting interpersonal harmony and maintaining social stability. However, there are still many unsatisfactory places for urgent improvement which are needed for the mass cultural construction at this stage. Based on the existing problems in the construction of community culture, this article makes a concrete analysis of how to strengthen the community culture construction from four aspects in order to provide some theoretical reference and reference for the masses of cultural workers.
