在艾氏腹水癌生长的不同时期,检测带瘤鼠迟发型超敏感(DTH)反应的变化及其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。结果发现,随着EAC的增长,宿主的DTH反应逐渐下降。其下降的机制可能有以下三点:1.胸腺萎缩,外周循环中的T细胞减少,由T细胞介导的DTH反应就会相应地下降;2.抑制细胞活性增强,表现在带瘤鼠的胸腺细胞和脾细胞转移能明显地抑制受鼠的DTH反应;3.DTH的传入枝受阻,因为预先致敏的带瘤鼠胸腺细胞和脾细胞转移DTH反应的能力明显低于正常对照鼠。因此,本文对于探讨恶性肿瘤对宿主反作用的机制提供了较重要的实验依据。
In the different stages of the growth of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, the change of delayed hypersensitivity (DTH) response in tumor-bearing mice and its relationship with tumor development. It was found that as the EAC increased, the host’s DTH response gradually decreased. The mechanism of its decline may have the following three points: 1. Thymus atrophy, T cell decrease in peripheral circulation, DTH response mediated by T cells will be correspondingly decreased; 2. Inhibitory cell activity is enhanced, manifested in mice with tumor The transfer of thymocytes and splenocytes significantly inhibited the DTH responses in the affected rats; 3. The afferent limbs of DTH were blocked because pre-sensitized thymocytes and splenocytes from mice with tumors were significantly less able to transfer DTH responses than normal control mice. Therefore, this article provides an important experimental basis for exploring the mechanism of malignancy on the host’s counteraction.
