目前对国有企业进行绩效考评是我国国企改革的一项重要内容、也是新形势下加强国资监管的一个重要措施。因而设计较为科学的绩效评价指标体系以及良好的激励机制,提高国有企业的增值保值能力,防止国有资产流失是当前非常值得思考的问题。本文拟对以上问题进行初步探讨。
At present, the performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises is an important part of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. It is also an important measure to strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets in the new situation. Therefore, designing a more scientific performance appraisal index system and a good incentive mechanism to improve the value-added and hedging ability of state-owned enterprises and preventing the loss of state-owned assets are very question worth considering now. This article intends to discuss the above issues.
