通过对无腹筋活性粉末混凝土(RPC)简支梁的抗剪试验,分析不同钢纤维体积掺率对RPC简支梁的破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线以及剪切开裂承载力和抗剪极限承载力的影响。试验结果表明:随着钢纤维体积掺率的增加,RPC简支梁裂缝发展充分,破坏形态有由斜拉破坏转化为剪压破坏的趋势;随钢纤维体积掺率的增大,梁跨中挠度增大;随钢纤维体积掺率的增大,剪切开裂承载力和抗剪极限承载力呈线性增大。在考虑钢纤维增强作用的基础上,基于现行混凝土及钢纤维混凝土技术标准,提出无腹筋RPC简支梁斜截面抗剪承载力的建议算式,其计算值较试验值偏于安全。
Through the shear tests of simple supported RPC without web reinforcement, the failure morphology, load-deflection curves, shear-cracking capacity and ultimate shear strength of RPC simply supported beams with different volumetric contents of steel fibers Impact. The experimental results show that with the increase of the volume fraction of steel fiber, the fracture of RPC simply supported beam develops well and the failure mode changes from the failure of oblique tension to shear failure. With the increase of steel fiber volume fraction, The deflection increases; with the increase of volume fraction of steel fiber, the ultimate shear strength and shear bearing capacity increase linearly. Based on the current technical standards of concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete, the proposed formula for calculating the shear strength of inclined section of RPC simply supported beam without web reinforcement is proposed. The calculated value is safer than the experimental value.
