随着我国改革开放的深入以及社会主义市场经济体制的建立,股份经济已成为我国经济体制中的一种重要经济形式。作为一种成熟的现代企业制度,在我国股份制试点企业发展过程中,其优势是显而易见的。莱芜钢铁总厂是山东省股份制试点企业之一,1992年2月经省体改委批准进行股份制试点。在总厂内部选择了一个分厂:莱钢锻压厂,一个车间:莱钢特殊钢厂冷带车间,进行内部股份制试点。按照《股份有限公司规范意见》的要求,以定向募集方式创立了“莱钢锻压股份有限公司”和“莱钢冷带制品股份有限公司”(以下以锻压公司为例)。锻压股份公司创立后,由于不断深化企业内部改革、转换企业经营机制,明晰了企业财产所有权和使用权的关系,不仅增强了公司的自我约束机制,也大大提高了企业适应市场经济的能力。劳动生产率也得到了大幅度提高。1993年,锻压公司全员劳动生产率比上年度提高了50.12%,全年公司钢材产量完成11.03万吨,比上年度增长了21.46%;完成工业总产值15340.10万元,比上年度增长19.72%;年销售收入44466万元,比上年增加55.57%;各项经济技术指标均
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the stock economy has become an important economic form in China’s economic system. As a mature modern enterprise system, its advantages are obvious in the development process of China’s shareholding pilot enterprises. Laiwu Iron and Steel Plant is one of the joint-stock pilot companies in Shandong Province. In February 1992, the Provincial Economic Reform Commission approved the joint-stock pilot. In the interior of the plant, a branch factory was selected: Laiwu Steel Forging Factory and one workshop: Laiwu Steel Special Steel Factory cold-rolled workshop, and an internal shareholding pilot was conducted.
