皮层电刺激(electric cortical stimulation,ECS)定位脑功能应用于临床已经半个多世纪,因其直接、客观,作为脑功能定位的“金标准”始终具有无可替代的作用。但国内对此研究较少,工作开展尚不普及。近年来,随着癫痫外科的发展,皮层电刺激脑功能区定位越来越受到重视。本文回顾了皮层电刺激定位脑功能的历史、适应症、刺激方法、优缺点,并比较了其他脑功能定位方法以及未来发展方向。总结起来,ECS脑功能定位的技术不断发展革新,多种功能定位技术的融合越来越显示出优势。
Electric cortical stimulation (ECS) localization of brain function has been used clinically for more than half a century, because of its direct, objective, as the “golden standard” of brain function positioning has always had an irreplaceable role. However, there are few researches in this area in China and the work is not yet popularized. In recent years, with the development of epilepsy surgery, cortical stimulation of brain functional areas more and more attention. This review reviews the history, indications, stimulation methods, advantages and disadvantages of cortical electrical stimulation of brain function, and compares other brain function localization methods and future directions. To sum up, the technology of positioning ECS brain function continuously develops and innovates, and the convergence of various function positioning technologies shows more and more advantages.
