目的观察尘肺患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及脂质过氧化水平。方法用亚硝酸盐形成法和硫代巴比妥酸比色法,分别测定51例0~+者、90例尘肺患者和145例接尘工人非尘肺患者(对照组)血清中SOD活力和脂质过氧化物(LP0)含量。结果0~+及各期尘肺患者血清中SOD活力分别为(19130±1720)、(16540±2350)和(15340±1700)U/L,明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);各期尘肺患者血清中LPO含量[分别为(5.50±0.91)、(6.65±1.07)、(7.64±1.46)μmol/L]则明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论尘肺患者的SOD活力降低,LPO含量明显增高。
Objective To observe the serum level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods The nitrite formation method and thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method were used to determine the activity of SOD and lipid in 51 cases of 0 ~ +, 90 cases of pneumoconiosis and 145 cases of non-pneumoconiosis patients (control group) Peroxides (LPO) content. Results The levels of SOD in serum of 0 ~ + and pneumoconiosis patients were (19130 ± 1720), (16540 ± 2350) and (15340 ± 1700) U / L respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group <0.01). The serum levels of LPO in patients with pneumoconiosis (5.50 ± 0.91 vs 6.65 ± 1.07, 7.64 ± 1.46 μmol / L, respectively) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The SOD activity of pneumoconiosis patients is decreased and LPO content is significantly increased.
