目的 :观察扶正抑瘤饮对人胃癌细胞株体外增殖的影响 ,及其对小鼠移植性肉瘤的抑制作用 .方法 :应用MTT比色法 ,检测不同浓度扶正抑瘤饮 (简称中药ZY)对不同分化程度的 3株人胃癌细胞增殖的影响 .并以小鼠移植性肉瘤180为模型 ,随机分空白对照组 ,ELF化疗方案组 (ELF) ,扶正抑瘤饮组 (ZY) .观察其对小鼠移植性肉瘤的抑制作用 .结果 :中药对 3株胃癌细胞均呈现一定程度的抑制作用 ,但其对不同细胞株敏感性有差异 .中药浓度在 1× 10 -2 ~ 1× 10 3mg·L-1之间 ,对SGC 790 1,880 1细胞株增殖的抑制作用与剂量无明显相关 ,而对MGC 80 3细胞株增殖的抑制作用随浓度升高而增强 ,当浓度为 1× 10 3 mg·L-1时 ,抑制率最大 (4 1.1±5 .4 ) % .中药对小鼠移植性肉瘤 (91.0 % )与ELF组肿瘤生长抑制率 (93.1% ) ,ZY组平均瘤重 (0 .131± 0 .0 18)g与ELF组(0 .0 10± 0 .0 0 8)g相比 ,均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .ZY组小鼠体质量变化量 (6 .80± 0 .5 4 )g与空白对照组 (5 .5 0± 2 .2 7)g相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但ELF组小鼠体质量变化量(0 .4 3± 0 .15 )g明显小于空白对照组和ZY组 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :扶正抑瘤饮对人胃癌细胞株SGC 790 1,880 1的抑瘤作用与浓度无明显关系 ,但对MGC 80 3细胞株的抑?
Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell lines in vitro and its inhibitory effect on mouse transplanted sarcoma. Methods: To detect the concentration of Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction (referred to as traditional Chinese medicine ZY) with MTT colorimetry The effect of proliferation of three human gastric cancer cells with different degrees of differentiation. The model of transplanted sarcoma 180 in mice was randomly divided into blank control group, ELF chemotherapy group (ELF), and Fuzheng Yiliu Yin group (ZY). Results: The traditional Chinese medicine has a certain degree of inhibition on three gastric cancer cells, but its sensitivity to different cell lines is different. The concentration of traditional Chinese medicine is 1×10 -2 to 1×10 3mg. There was no significant correlation between the inhibitory effect of L-1 on the proliferation of SGC 790 1,880 cell line and dose, but the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of MGC 80 3 cell line increased with the increase of concentration, when the concentration was 1×10 3 mg· At L-1, the inhibition rate was the highest (4 1.1±5.4)%. The inhibitory rate of tumor growth of traditional Chinese medicine on transplanted sarcoma (91.0 %) and ELF group was 93.1%, and that of ZY group was 0.131. There was no significant difference between ± 0 .0 18)g and ELF group (0. 0 10 ± 0. 0 0) g (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in the body weight of the ZY group (6.80 ± 0.54)g compared with the control group (5.50 ± 2.27) g. However, the change of body weight in ELF group was significantly lower than that in control group and ZY group (0.43±0.15). Conclusion: Fuzheng Yiliuyin has an effect on human gastric cancer cell line SGC 790. The inhibitory effect of 1,880 1 has no obvious relationship with the concentration, but it inhibits the MGC 80 3 cell line.
