图书馆信息服务不仅是信息社会发展的基础,也是图书馆社会工作服务的重要方面。然而,由此带来的著作权权益受到侵犯也屡见不鲜,要保护图书馆信息服务中的著作权,就需要对其责任和义务作进一步的了解和研究。在本研究中通过介绍图书馆信息服务及其著作权的内涵,进一步阐述剖析了图书馆信息服务中的著作权问题,并结合实际情况有针对性的提出了若干解决问题的建议和对策。
Library information service is not only the basis for the development of information society, but also an important aspect of library social work service. However, it is not uncommon for the copyright rights and interests infringed upon it to be violated. To protect the copyright in library information services, we need to further understand and study its responsibilities and obligations. In this study, through introducing the connotation of library information service and its copyright, this article further expounds and analyzes the copyright issues in library information service, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems according to the actual situation.
