“黑木耳优良菌株选育研究”是黑龙江省科学院应用微生物所承担的院基金项目。该项目于1993年10月30日通过了由省科学院主持的技术鉴定。 该课题组从野生菌种驯化和原生质体再生株两方面选育出黑木耳“8808”和“931”菌株。其中“8808”菌株经种性研究,不同地区栽培比较试验,在省内及全国十几个省市18万支母种的推广证明:该菌株的遗传特性不同于老菌株,它是一株耐低温、抗污染、优质、丰产性能
“Black fungus strain breeding research” is Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences Institute of Applied Microbiology undertaken hospital fund project. The project passed the technical appraisal conducted by the Provincial Academy of Sciences on October 30, 1993. The research team from black domestication and regeneration of protoplast strains black fungus breeding “8808” and “931” strains. Among them, “8808” strain was studied by species, comparative cultivation in different regions.
