用2个高蛋白质、2个高脂肪含量的亲本品种轮配杂交的F_1资料,按Griffing方法2模型1对蛋白质、脂肪含量及其它农艺性状的配合力及其它遗传参数进行了统计分析。研究结果如下 1.蛋白质和脂肪含量在F_1世代都没有杂种优势表现,为中间型遗传。 2.全部农艺性状的GCA效应都较SCA效应更为重要,特別是蛋白质和脂肪含量。 3.三类相关值和通径分析表明,生育日数、开花期或一荚粒数与蛋白质或脂肪含量之间存在密切关系。
Two F1 hybrids with high-protein and 2 high-fat parents were used for statistical analysis of F_1 data. Griffing method 2 model 1 was used to analyze the combining ability of protein, fat content and other agronomic characters and other genetic parameters. The results are as follows: 1. The protein and fat content in F_1 generation did not show heterosis, which was intermediate type. 2. GCA effects of all agronomic traits are more important than SCA effects, especially protein and fat content. Three types of correlations and path analysis showed that there is a close relationship between the number of days of birth, the flowering stage or the number of pods and protein or fat content.
