[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病并发症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组25例磺脲类和双胍类降糖药或者胰岛素。治疗组25例血府逐瘀汤(当归、生地各9g,桃仁12g,红花9g,枳壳、赤芍各6g,柴胡3g,甘草6g,桔梗、川芎各4.5g,牛膝9g)1剂/d,水煎600mL,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组痊愈17例,显效23例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病并发症,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating diabetic complications. [Methods] Randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted in 50 outpatients randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group consisted of 25 sulfonylureas and biguanide hypoglycemic agents or insulin. 25 cases of treatment group Xuefuzhuyu Decoction (Angelica, habitat 9g, peach kernel 12g, safflower 9g, Citrus aurantium, red peony 6g, Bupleurum 3g, licorice 6g, Platycodon, Chuanxiong each 4.5g, Achyranthes 9g) 1 Agent / d, decoction 600mL, morning and evening serving; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 26 cases, markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 17 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 89.02%. The control group cured 17 cases, 23 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.34%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of glycemic index treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic complications has satisfactory curative effect and no side effects, which deserves promotion.
