最近,有人报道钙拮抗药有抗动脉硬化作用。Rosenblum等报告羟基二磷酸钠乙烷(sodium ethanehydroxydiphosphonate,EHDP)能防止高胆固醇食饲养兔发生实验性动脉硬化。Kramsch等应用具有Ca~(++)拮抗作用的镧,于兔的实验性动脉硬化症确认其预防作用。即把镧投予高胆固醇食饲养兔,结果发现其动脉内膜和中膜的胶原、弹性蛋白、胆固醇以及Ca~(++)含量与对照组相比较有明显下降。作者进一步对高胆固醇食饲养猴投以镧、二磷酸氮杂环庚烷(az-acycloheptone diphosphonate,AHDP)、二磷酸氨羟基丙烷(aminohydroxypropane diphosphonate,APDP)等,就这些药物对主动脉硬化的影响进行了研究。投药24个月后,通过解剖观察动脉硬化的程度发
