以金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)为试验材料,采用水培试验方法,研究了不同浓度镧(La)处理对药用植物金银花若干生理生化指标及叶绿体超微结构的影响。实验结果表明:低浓度的La对金银花叶片的抗氧化酶系统(POD,SOD)的活性和光合指标有明显的促进作用,同时,还可有效降低金银花叶片中MDA和H_2O_2的含量,保护质膜系统的结构和功能;而高浓度的La则抑制了金银花叶片的抗氧化酶活性和光合作用;增加叶片中MDA和H_2O_2的含量,对膜系统产生伤害效应;此外,低浓度的La处理对金银花的叶绿体超微结构有轻微的改善作用,反之,高浓度La处理会破坏叶绿体超微结构和膜系统,使其膨胀解体,导致植株的光合作用受到抑制。在La浓度为30 mg·L~(-1)时,抗氧化酶系统(POD,SOD)的活性和光合指标最大,MDA和H_2O_2的含量最小,对金银花生长最有利,抗逆性最强。
Using Lonicera japonica Thunb as test material, hydroponics was used to study the effects of lanthanum (La) treatment on some physiological and biochemical indexes and chloroplast ultrastructure of medicinal plant Honeysuckle. The results showed that low concentration of La could promote the activities of antioxidant enzyme system (POD, SOD) and photosynthesis of honeysuckle leaf obviously, and at the same time, it could effectively reduce the content of MDA and H_2O_2 in leaves of honeysuckle and protect the plasma membrane While the high concentration of La inhibited the antioxidant enzyme activity and photosynthesis of the leaves of Honeysuckle, increased the content of MDA and H_2O_2 in the leaves, and had an injury effect on the membrane system. In addition, The chloroplast ultrastructure had a slight improvement effect. On the contrary, high concentration La treatment could destroy the chloroplast ultrastructure and membrane system, make it swell and disintegrate, and lead to the inhibition of photosynthesis. When La concentration was 30 mg · L -1, the activities of antioxidant enzyme system (POD, SOD) and photosynthesis were the highest while the contents of MDA and H_2O_2 were the lowest, which were the best for honeysuckle growth and strongest resistance.
