目的:建立一种简单易行的大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝动物模型。方法:将20只SD大鼠随机分为两组,A组(对照组)给予基础饲料喂养4周,B组(模型组)给予高脂脂饲料喂养4周;4周内观察两组大鼠一般情况及体重变化,4周后取材检测比较大鼠血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,肝脏HE染色病理学检查,并计算肝指数。结果:模型组肝指数、TG明显高于对照组,AST、ALB两组无统计学差异,病理学检查证实模型组肝脏呈轻中度脂肪肝变性。结论:成功建立适用于脂肪肝供肝研究的动物模型。
Objective: To establish a simple animal model of non-alcoholic fatty liver in rats. Methods: Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. The rats in group A (control group) were fed with basic diet for 4 weeks, group B (model group) were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, General condition and body weight. After 4 weeks, the serum levels of AST, ALB and TG of the rats were determined, and the pathological changes of hepatic liver were observed and the liver index was calculated. Results: The liver index and TG in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in AST and ALB between the two groups. Pathological examination confirmed that the liver of the model group was mild to moderate fatty liver degeneration. Conclusion: The animal model of hepatic steatosis is successfully established.
