窦口鼻道复合体 (ostiomeatalcomplex ,OMC)是近年鼻内窥镜检查和手术开展后提出的新名称 ,此区域是前组鼻窦引流的所在部位 ,也是功能性鼻内窥镜手术的重点区域 ,手术若对该处病变清除不彻底 ,会影响手术治愈率和复发率 ;若术前对OMC解剖变异认识不足 ,可能造成手术损伤 ,产生严重并发症。目前 ,影像学检查是评价OMC解剖变异和判定病变位置、范围的主要方法 ,随着检查手段的日新月异 ,鼻窦平片已难以提供令人满意的影像 ,MRI对鼻窦的正常骨性结构及炎性病变病因的观察价值不大 ,常规CT扫描中冠状位高分辨率CT是显示OMC结构的最佳技术 ,螺旋CT三维重建技术和CT仿真内窥镜成像技术由于其各自的优越性 ,在OMC区的临床应用很有潜力。现将OMC的影像学研究进展作一综述
