我县组织微生物研究所等几家单位的科研人员,于1989年开始试验香菇无棚架地下式栽培法。经几年努力,现已在全县铺开,经济效益显著。去冬今春1200万段袋菇中80%以上采用了这一新技术,提高了冬菇的产量和质量,高产农户每亩一万段净收入可达2万多元。从而使我县香菇经济效益增长20%以上,950亩农田实行菇粮连作,预计可收稻谷40多万公斤。与此同时还可降低搭棚架的成本投资120万元,并每年减少毛竹消耗10万多支。现将栽培技术简介如下:
