针对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司冷轧板出现的条状缺陷,对冷轧板取样分析,确定了Al_2O_3类夹杂物、保护渣类夹杂物和FeO类缺陷是冷轧板条状缺陷产生的主要原因。通过采取钢包渣改质降低顶渣氧化性,合理控制RH纯循环时间促进夹杂物上浮,增加钢包镇静时间提高钢水纯净度,优化保护渣性能,控制拉速、优化水口结构、减少吹气量降低液位波动,降低出钢温度和除鳞水系统改造等措施,冷轧钢板表面条状缺陷由0.59%降至0.25%以下。
According to the strip defects of cold rolled steel plate of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd., The samples of cold - rolled plate were sampled and analyzed to determine Al 2 O 3 inclusions, slag inclusions and FeO defects which were produced by cold rolling lath defects main reason. Through the adoption of ladle slag reforming to reduce the top slag oxidizability, reasonable control of RH pure cycle time to promote inclusions floating, increase ladle calm time to improve the purity of molten steel, optimize the flux properties, control the casting speed, optimize the nozzle structure and reduce the amount of air to reduce the liquid Bit fluctuations, reducing tapping temperature and descaling water system transformation measures, cold-rolled steel strip surface defects from 0.59% to 0.25% below.
